This was such an incredible, unique experience! As soon as you walk in, it truly felt like the tension was already starting to melt away; the atmosphere was calming and beautiful. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to better their health, or simply need the chance to relax. With 2 kids, this was an amazing opportunity to be able to reconnect & escape from the stressors of everyday life! My husband and I will certainly be back ☺️

First experience was excellent - relaxing ambiance, especially salt therapy room, and leg/foot massage. Jeanne, the owner, was informative and patient. Two men came in buying gift certificates for their wives and a third man came in for three treatments, a half-day's worth of doing something to feel good. This must be a good thing! Bought gift certificates during Christmas special which can be used anytime in the next FIVE years. Highly recommend.

It is worth every cent. The float pod was an unbelievable feeling you just have to try to know, and the fire and ice treatment (sauna and ice plunge) left me impervious to the stress of the world. I'm not even joking when I say that I believe if everyone visited here on a consistent basis the world would be a better place!
