I just ordered a turkey bacon bravo and there was no bacon and the lettuce was completely rotten. Of course I was 15 minutes down the road before opening the sandwich so it wasn’t worth the drive to return. The food quality was not what I would expect from Panera.

I like Panera Bread, usually I don't have an issue. Today, I placed orders online & found that they didn't have everything in them. 2/3 salads ordered were missing salad dressing, the salads were not filled to the Panera Bread standard, and how the sandwiches were made left something to be desired. I hope to have a better experience going forward.

I ordered a double take bacon breakfast sandwich and I received a sandwich with no bacon after waiting for 15 minutes. The cashier did not ask us if we were eating in or to go, did not take our name, and did not give us a receipt so that we'd have our order number. This location is also lacking in technology that other Panera Breads have, like ordering tablets and an order status board.
