The restaurant is beautifully decorated!
It looks clean and modern in a nice way, without being stiff, but cozy.
My husband and I have been there multiple times and every time we enjoy dining there.
Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Food is fresh, tasty and well presented.
The large pho portion is generously sized and it hit the spot! We look forwards going back there in our next beach trip!

We tried Pho-Char Grill in Ocean City and got the beef pho with extra beef. We enjoyed the pho soup — the broth was good, flavorful and hot, and the extra beef made it a filling portion.
It's not quite on the level of Pho Delite or Pho 75 for me, but it's a solid choice, especially at the beach where good pho can be hard to find. Clean spot, friendly service, and I would recommend it.
Good option if you're craving pho in OC.

Warning! I was split between a 4 and 5 stars! This place was so cool and pho was good. The dumplings were a nice appetizer and everything was piping hot! Very yummy and good service come here.
